Building high-tech high schools is a dubious idea. Trust me. I have helped to build five of them. Only one of these two- to three-year projects was successful. So if I were to do it all over again, I would shift the focus from the traditional model of creating a high-tech school to a model of creating a high-tech schoolroom.
