Shipping & Delivery
A processing charge is added to all orders. The processing charge is nonrefundable. A 6% sales tax is added to all orders delivered in Indiana.

Delivery Options
PDK normally ships within one week of receiving your order. We use the most economical means available unless the customer requests express service.

Order Confirmation

Policy Regarding Replacement Copies
Please be advised that Phi Delta Kappa must be notified of any missing issues within 90 days of the issue date for U.S. and Canadian addresses (for example, we must be notified no later than December for a September issue to be replaced). We must be notified of any missing issues within 6 months of the issue date for non-U.S. orders (for example, we must be notified no later than June for a January issue to be replaced). Failure to provide such notification will void any claim for further reimbursement.

Delivery Method (Non-U.S. Addresses)
Payment for airmail shipment of subscription copies of the Phi Delta Kappan is now included with the subscription price per year for non-U.S. addresses. We guarantee shipment from the United States to the country in which the subscription originated. However, we cannot guarantee delivery within the postal service area of countries other than the United States.

Tracking Deliveries
Please report via e-mail (to information@pdkintl.org) any delivery problems as soon as possible. We will attempt to trace your subscription copies to see if we can assist in discovering a solution to the delivery problem.

Special Note to Libraries
We cannot supply free replacement copies of magazines that have been taken or damaged by library patrons. We strongly suggest that libraries implement safeguards to protect their magazine and other periodical resources. Replacement copies of issues may be available for purchase for up to two years after the date of the issue. Back issues may be ordered by clicking on the "Search Bookstore" link on our website at http://www.pdkintl.org. You may also request information via e-mail from orders@pdkintl.org. Most issues are out-of-print within two years.

Online Resources
Please note that Phi Delta Kappa has made great efforts to provide Internet resources to our subscribers. Beginning with Volume 86 in September 2004, a complete version of the Phi Delta Kappan is available online. We have at least 10 online issues archived for use by our subscribers. In addition, all Phi Delta Kappan articles since 1970 are abstracted in our searchable database, and most articles since 1999 are available free to subscribers in downloadable pdf. Information about using the archives is available online at http://www.pdkintl.org/kappan/pubarc.htm.
