Payment
All prices and payments are in U.S. funds and are subject to change without notice. Payment is by credit card and in U.S. funds. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted on our secure site. Credit card information is not stored unless you opt to save the information. Credit card information is encrypted and can be stored by customer request to make the ordering process more efficient. Privacy Statement.

Processing Charge
The following processing charge is added at checkout to all orders shipped within North America. It is nonrefundable.

Delivery Options
PDK normally ships within one week of receiving your order. Please allow three to four weeks for delivery within North America. Shipping outside North America usually takes longer (see International Orders below). Special shipping is available on request; please call for additional prices (see Express Shipping below).

Express Shipping: Contact our order department for options and rates. Call 800-766-1156 (Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or e-mail orders@pdkintl.org for a quote. If ordering online, provide your daytime phone/email in the comment box of the Bookstore check out screen and we will contact you.

Order Confirmation
After checkout, you will receive e-mail confirmation verifying the order and billing information you provided. An order number also will be provided. Please print and save the e-mail confirmation.

Please remember, all sales are final.
